Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility conditions must be met to participate on the vptk platform:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is for those aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a real individual and provide your genuine identity and accurate information.
• You will manage the account for yourself and under your own legal responsibility.
• You are not residing in a location where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You have never previously been banned or suspended by vptk.

If any of the above conditions are violated, vptk reserves the right to close the account and seize funds.

Account Registration and Management

Registration Rules

Each user may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, truthful and complete.

Identity Verification

vptk may request necessary documents for identity verification at any time. Identity verification may be mandatory before withdrawals or when certain transaction limits are exceeded. If the required information is not provided, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

Login Credential Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password completely confidential. Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time through live chat. Any valid remaining balance will be processed before the account is closed.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the vptk platform is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Transactions must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party payment methods may be cancelled.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. Withdrawals will always be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

vptk reserves the right to cancel deposit or withdrawal requests where applicable, particularly in cases of fraudulent activity or violations of the Terms.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

• To claim the bonus, the first deposit must be made after registration.
• The total amount of the bonus and deposit combined must be wagered 10 times (10x) before a withdrawal can be made.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Winnings earned using the bonus are withdrawable within the limits of the wagering requirement.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have its own activation conditions.
• Bonus claims have a set expiry period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated in the offer.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements (covering all outcomes, placing equal stakes on every bet, etc.), vptk reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any related winnings.

VIP Cashback

vptk has four VIP levels: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%) and Platinum (up to 1.2%). Cashback for each level is paid out the following week. vptk reserves the right to change cashback terms.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vptk platform. Violating these terms will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Taking advantage of bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means.
• Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting").
• Any attempt at money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Hacking, using bots, automated software or any form of manipulation.
• Managing third-party accounts or professionally betting on behalf of others.
• Attempting to damage the platform's systems or other users.
• Opening an account using a false identity or forged documents.

Responsible Gaming

vptk gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. We believe gaming is an entertainment activity that should be enjoyed within limits.

Setting Deposit Limits

Members can set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, while increasing a limit is subject to a waiting period.

Self-Exclusion

Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content displayed on the vptk platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, databases, trademarks and interface design — is protected under the intellectual property rights of vptk or its licensors.

• No content may be reproduced, modified, distributed or used for commercial purposes without the written permission of vptk.
• Third-party software or games included on the platform are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are independently protected.

Limitation of Liability

vptk makes every effort to provide uninterrupted and error-free service. However, vptk will not be liable in the following cases:

• Losses caused by technical errors, server outages or internet connection issues.
• Delays or technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Disruptions caused by external circumstances or force majeure.

In any type of claim, vptk's maximum liability will in no case exceed the value of the transaction in question.

Final Decision

The decision of vptk on any matter will be considered final and binding. In proven cases of fraud or violation of Terms, an appeal against the account closure decision may not be accepted.

Changes to Terms

vptk reserves the right to amend, change or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect from the date stated. Members may be notified by email for significant changes. If you continue using the platform after any changes, you will be considered to have accepted the updated Terms.

General Provisions

• These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version is the authoritative one.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
• vptk's failure to exercise any right will not be considered a waiver of that right.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and vptk and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
